VIBE MINDFUL IS A 4 WEEK INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS PROGRAM THAT WILL HELP YOU START EATING AND LIVING MINDFULLY, AND TREATING YOUR BODY WITH LOVE. THIS PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU SHIFT FROM A RESTRICTION, FEAR, AND SCARCITY MINDSET INTO ABUNDANCE, LOVE, AND INNER CONNECTION...AND IT WILL HELP YOU START HONORING YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE IN THE PRESENT SO YOU CAN TAKE YOUR POWER BACK FROM THE UNWANTED THOUGHTS AND BEHAVIORS THAT HAVE BEEN KEEPING YOU STUCK.
What you will receive
-Access to a member’s only Facebook learning and support group, where your content will be uploaded each week; to include video lessons, pdf files, and workbooks. This will also be a space for you to ask questions, share your journey, and connect with the other women in the group.
