Underneath it all, what we are really trying to achieve when we set out to sculpt “the perfect body”  is love, acceptance, fulfillment, freedom, and confidence. Right?

Freedom, especially, for those of us that rather enjoy our own way of doing things, and are sick of being told that it’s wrong

Dieting and constantly trying to improve your physical form is never going to do that for you, and I think you probably already know that.

The difficult part isn’t knowing that what you are doing isn’t working…

it’s trusting that you already have all of the answers, being brave enough to listen, and deciding that your uniqueness and well-being is way more worth investing in than trying to fit into some impossible fake standard.

  • Detaching from social comparison and expectation so you can start getting clear about what YOU want. YES this means walking away from diet culture. I know this might sound scary, but so much of our work will be learning to overcome that fear.

  • Understanding WHY what you have been doing isn’t working, and the things you have been missing that are keeping you stuck.

  • Learning how to connect back to your inner wisdom so you can start trusting that YOU know what is best for your body and lifestyle.

  • Developing a deeper awareness of the underlying issues that are contributing to the unwanted behavior.

  • Identifying any daily stressors you might have in your life so we can start eliminating or working to decrease their control.

  • Building a daily routine that is authentic to YOUR needs, and that incorporates care for all elements of your being-Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual.

Please remember that although I am here to guide you on this journey and provide as much support as I can, YOU have to be willing to do the work. Everyone’s path will be different, but the BEST part about all of this is that once you learn what you need to learn and you really invest in doing the work, just a FEW of the perks you get to look forward to are;

When I first “met” Meghan, I instantly felt as though she was an old friend that I could talk to about anything. She opened up to me about her own personal struggles, which then made me know full well that talking with Meghan was a safe space and that I could say anything I needed to. We spoke on the phone about my health history, goals and possible stressors in my life. At the time, I had three months to go until my wedding and I was unable to even think about that day without breaking down and having a borderline panic attack. My weight physically and mentally dragged me down and convinced me that I was unworthy of happiness, should not be getting married and that no matter what I wore or did, I would never look good or feel confident. Throughout those three months, Meghan worked with me to learn different things about my body. She started by recommending a book, The Goddess Revolution, and giving me weekly homework. I threw out my scale, journaled, changed my ways of eating (hardly at all!) and even practiced mediating. Week after week I saw myself changing. I noticed that I was not nearly as concerned with my weight or numbers or a timeline, instead I focused on how my body FELT and what my body was TELLING me. That was something I had never done before. It was new, and different to me, but genuinely made me feel free. That physical and mental weight that I felt seemed to be lifted and I knew for the first time in my life that I was improving for me and only me, and on my time. On the day of my wedding, I did not think about my weight once. I did not feel uncomfortable. I did not feel anxious. I GENUINELY embraced each and every moment, proudly took every picture and enjoyed the moments of being filmed in my wedding video (two things that really stressed me out before). I had the best day of my life because I did not allow my weight to get in the way, and I know that the only reason that that happened to me was because of the help that Meghan has given me. Am I at my goal weight? No. Am I stressing about it? Also, no. I know that this is my journey and it can and will go anyway I want it to, and will take as much time as it needs. For the first time in my life, I am okay with the slow lane, and it feels so good. I cannot thank Meghan enough for all that she has done for me, and will do for me. I am nowhere near done needing Meghan’s help, but I know that every meeting, every homework assignment and every update will be so amazing.   • 1 initial 75-90 minute intensive call where I will get to know you and your lifestyle, what you are struggling with, and what your goals are so I can identify what we need to work on in our time together to help you reach those goals. ($400 value)

  • Bi-weekly coaching sessions following the intensive (approx. 11 total)-These sessions will always be a safe space for you to open up and receive support, and we will work together each time to help you develop a deeper awareness of your challenges and how to work through them so you can take actionable steps to move forward.
